A Mermaid editor with live preview, AI assistance and optional GitHub sync.

Manatee brings Mermaid source, a live diagram preview and an AI assistant into one browser workspace. The assistant can generate, edit, fix and explain diagrams, with a diff to review before applying changes.

My part

I built Manatee independently, including the editor, AI assistance and GitHub integration.

Keeping diagrams portable

Diagrams can stay in the browser or sync to a GitHub repository as plain .mmd files. GitHub sync adds version history; exports include SVG, PNG and Markdown. AI features use the user’s own provider key.
