Skillward combined a knowledge base with goal tracking and progress updates for coaches and learning professionals. Its coaching experience connected conversations with relevant learning resources.

My part

I built the MVP and core platform independently using FlutterFlow, .NET, PostgreSQL and Azure. I also worked on product and business planning.

The AI features

I designed multi-agent workflows and multi-tenant retrieval using Semantic Kernel and services including OpenAI APIs. I evaluated language models using synthetic benchmarks, with user safety and cost control central to the design.
